What treatment actually costs
Indicative cost ranges for everything we do — so you can plan, budget and decide without surprises. Every patient gets an itemised written estimate before any procedure begins.
No surprises on the final bill
Fertility treatment is already emotionally heavy. We don't believe in making it financially confusing too. Our schedule of charges is posted on the reception wall for every patient to see, and the same information is shared one-on-one in your consultation.
Before any treatment plan moves forward, you receive an itemised written estimate — professional fees, lab charges, medication costs, follow-ups — line by line. If anything changes during the cycle (and rarely it does), we explain why and ask before adding it.
Treatments & what they typically cost
All figures in Indian Rupees, current as of 2026. Individual cases vary — your written estimate is what binds.
First Consultation
- 45–60 minutes with Dr. Shankar or Dr. Priya
- Full history, review of past reports
- Initial examination (if clinically needed)
- Written summary & treatment direction
Follow-up consultations are typically lower.
IUI Cycle
- Follicular monitoring scans
- Ovulation induction medication (if used)
- Sperm preparation in our andrology lab
- IUI procedure itself
Range varies based on whether stimulation drugs are used and the number of monitoring scans required. See our IUI page.
IVF Cycle
- Pre-cycle workup & baseline scans
- Ovarian stimulation medication
- Monitoring scans through stimulation
- Egg retrieval procedure under anaesthesia
- Embryology lab work & embryo culture
- Fresh embryo transfer
- Two-week follow-up & pregnancy test
Range reflects medication dosage (highly individual) and lab add-ons. See our IVF page.
ICSI Add-on
- Added to IVF when male factor is significant
- Embryologist time at the ICSI workstation
- Individual sperm selection & injection
Recommended only when clinically indicated — never as a default upsell.
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)
- Endometrial preparation & monitoring
- Embryo thawing in the lab
- Transfer procedure
- Follow-up pregnancy test
Separate from the IVF cycle that produced the embryos. Often used after a freeze-all protocol.
Embryo Freezing & Storage
- Vitrification of surplus embryos
- Annual storage in cryopreservation tank
- Continuous monitoring & audit
First-year freezing often bundled with the IVF cycle. Discuss extension options in advance.
Diagnostic Laparoscopy / Hysteroscopy
- Day-care procedure under anaesthesia
- OT, surgeon & anaesthetist fees
- Post-op recovery & medication
Range depends on case complexity. Therapeutic procedures (e.g. fibroid removal, endometriosis surgery) are quoted separately.
Diagnostic Tests
- Pelvic ultrasound, semen analysis, HSG
- Hormonal panel (AMH, FSH, LH, TSH, prolactin)
- Pre-IVF screening labs
Most tests are done in-house the same day. Reports typically within 1–3 working days.
Costs that sit outside the cycle quote
These items aren't bundled into the headline cycle cost above. We flag them clearly before they apply.
- Initial diagnostic workup — hormonal panel, AMH, scans, semen analysis (done before treatment planning).
- Specialty add-ons — PGT-A, sperm DNA fragmentation, donor egg or sperm programmes, advanced ICSI variants (IMSI).
- Surgical interventions before IVF — fibroid removal, hysteroscopic septum resection, endometriosis surgery (when clinically required).
- Storage extension beyond year one — annual cryo-storage charges.
- External medication brand changes — if you specifically request a brand other than what we'd standardly prescribe.
Free, always
Some things aren't a transaction. These are part of how we work.
- Phone follow-ups within reason during your treatment cycle.
- A copy of your reports and prescriptions, in print or PDF.
- Same-day re-consultations if you remembered a critical question after leaving.
- Honest second opinions — you came for one, you'll get one. There's no obligation to continue with us.
- Pre-booking conversations via WhatsApp or phone before you decide whether to come in.
How payments work
Accepted methods
Cash, debit/credit card, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM), and NEFT/IMPS bank transfer. Receipts are issued for every transaction.
Insurance
Fertility treatments are typically not covered by general health insurance in India. Surgery for medical conditions (e.g. fibroid removal) may be covered — please check with your insurer ahead of time.
Staged payments
For IVF cycles, payments are usually staged: workup, stimulation start, retrieval, transfer. You won't be asked for the full amount upfront.
GST
Diagnostic and medical services as per Indian healthcare regulations. We follow standard billing practice; ask for clarification anytime.
A note on the figures above: Pricing in fertility care is genuinely individual. Drug doses, scan frequency, and procedural add-ons depend on your body's response — which is why we work in ranges and confirm exact figures in writing before treatment. Posted ranges are current as of 2026 and may be revised; the schedule of charges at our reception always reflects the latest version.
