From the website
- Contact form submissions — name, phone, email, reason for visit, preferred slot, and any message you provide. This information is sent to our clinic email account when you submit the form.
- Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited. Used only for security and basic analytics.
- No tracking cookies are set by this website. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
At the clinic
- Personal identifiers — name, age, address, government ID (for registration as required by ART regulations), contact details.
- Medical history — current symptoms, past medical records, prior fertility treatment history, family history, lifestyle factors.
- Clinical data — test results, scan reports, lab results, treatment records, progress notes.
- Partner information — when treatment involves a couple, similar information about the partner.
- Payment records — transaction details, receipts, invoices.
3. Why we collect it
- To provide medical care safely and accurately
- To communicate with you about appointments, results and treatment
- To comply with statutory requirements — the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, PCPNDT Act, and other Indian laws governing fertility care
- To maintain medical records as required by the National Medical Commission
- For billing, insurance processing where applicable, and tax compliance
- For internal quality review and (anonymised) research as permitted by law
4. Confidentiality — our commitment
Your medical information is held in strict confidence. We do not discuss your case with family members, friends, employers, or referrers without your explicit consent — even if they ask directly.
- Only treating clinicians and authorised support staff access your records.
- Records are stored securely on local clinic systems with access controls.
- Physical records are kept in locked storage.
- Phone enquiries about a patient are not entertained without verification.
5. When we may share information
We may share your information only in these situations:
- With your explicit consent — for referrals, second opinions, or transfer of care.
- For statutory reporting — required by ART regulations (e.g. national registry of fertility cycles), public health authorities, or court order.
- In medical emergencies — sharing necessary information with emergency providers to save life.
- With diagnostic labs and pharmacies — only what's necessary for your treatment.
We never sell or rent your information. We do not share data with advertising platforms.
6. How long we keep records
Medical records are retained as required by Indian regulations — typically a minimum of 10 years for outpatient records, longer for in-patient and surgical records. ART-specific records are retained as required under the ART Act.
Contact form enquiries that don't result in treatment are typically retained for up to 12 months before deletion.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:

- Receive a copy — get printed or PDF copies of your reports without charge.
